We musn't forget our SOCIAL graces!!!

Great progress is being made! Southern Traditions has no doubt that PIP is the place to be on July 24, 2010!

I know I promised not to make any thank-you blogs but it just doesn't feel like the "Southern" thing to do if I don't express great gratitude to a certain individual. When he was asked for help he quickly responded with an enthusiastic YES! So what would "Southern Traditions" represent if we forgot our social graces...

So it's an official thank-you to Mr.Bud Harris for all of his time and work that went into designing the PIP Concert Page! Bud also resides in South Montgomery County and shares the same passion of providing a better education for the children in our community. He is a vital part of the PIP Team and we appreciate all of his hard work!!! Thank You!!!

Now it's time to unveil our official website. It's uploading as I'm blogging! With that being said some of the links might not work just yet but please check it out!!! Leave comments if you have any suggestions about what we should add to the website.

Well I have much work to do for this concert so I must quit blogging!!! Get ready to "Git Yo PIP On"!!!

peace~ love~PIP

"Southern Traditions" is a non-profit committee whose primary function is to organize the "PIP" Concert Series in order to generate revenue for education. Southern Traditions strive to maximize the ultimate concert experience by providing quality entertainment at an affordable price. All funds collected at this event including sponsor, vendor, and concessions will directly go to the school to aid in educating the youth spiritually, mentally, physically, and socially.

Southern Traditions first event will take place on July 24, 2010 at the former SMCA Haunted Hayride site on Mt. Zion Rd. in Dublin, Alabama."Party in the Pasture" is the first of many more events to come in our "PIP" Concert Series. The bands performing at "PIP" are Tony Brook, Wes Loper, Adam Hood, Chris Posey, JB Roberts, Brandon Self and Trotline. The picturesque outdoor venue with superb entertainment is sure to be a hit amongst young and old alike!
